I've used Mequiars X20 scratch remover on spots on my stripes before. Just use a soft cloth and not rub real hard and wipe back off while its still wet. If that takes it off then just wax stripe with any kind of good car wax. You can wax the factory stripes.

I got my car coated with cilajet and it work pretty good. Bird poop don't stick strong enough when I had ford coat my car with cilajet.

 

Bird poop is very corrosive, best if you can get it off right away and not let it burn into the paint surface with the sun. I carry a small spray bottle and soft cloth in the trunk just in case (anal I know)...

 

I carry microfiber towels and and spray bottle in my trunk too! I saved me from caked on bird poop on several occasions!
