Got a line on a GT350 but the dealer said this

It was repurchase with 9k miles due to "no start concern, oil leak"

Repairs completed "replaced oil pan assembly, and battery per doc, Retest. No Problems found"

The car is optioned like I want it and seems reasonable for the price but not sure about this lemon buyback and the reported issue -

How much concern should I have about this "lemon" issue??

I purchased a car once with a minor accident on its history because it was a good deal. It was not a good deal when I went to sell it.

My advice, run from any car with any negative history like this on it. Especially a car like the GT350.

I would strongly recommend you not put yourself in that situation.

There are plenty of 350s out there with a clean bill of health. As "Beemerman" said, your future resale value will be impacted - that right there will probably negate/offset potential current savings. Furthermore, these aren't cheap cars to fix. There's no guarantee any used car will be perfect, but if you're having to ask for other's opinions on the internet (which is good that you are) it's a pretty strong indication your gut is telling you to shy away.
