Well, I thought I might as well get a thread going. I have had mine just over a week. I live in Apple Valley, CA. Just off the 15 Freeway between LA and Vegas. Our local dealer got 2. I got number 2.

I like it a lot. Makes my GTO seem mundane. I got the Tech Package. Sure makes a magical noise from 5000 on.

I guess I have one of the first few in Silicon Valley. Mine is an Avalanche Gray Tech Package car. I have yet to see another GT350 on the road in the San Jose area, but I've heard there are a few around. My car was originally from Texas.

The sound has yet to get old... and the upper half of the rev range is pretty darn addictive.

I agree on all counts. I did see one at the COCOA OC Christmas party. I know there is at least on other one in my area but I haven't seen it. I love the sound in sport mode.

New Toy

Hello everyone,
I'm new to the forum, I just bought a 2016, white with blue stripes, I flew to Houston last Saturday and drove her home to Colorado, there are a handful of us around here we have a local mustang club that was started last year and has quite a few members, we meet every Friday and go to a local car meet when the weather allows. My girlfriend is from southern Cali a small town called Yuccipa it's south west of Redlands, we drive out several times a year, we are looking forward to taking the Shelby out this summer to visit. Maybe we'll cross paths with some of you on one of our trips.

Congrats on the new car HotLap. Meetup would be good. I just bought a place in Montana so I need to decide when to take the car up there. Believe it or not, the roads are better there even with the harsh winters.

LOL, with you in now Montana we have to meet in No. Utah to meet in the middle Congrats on your new place in Montana, I have a good friend who's wife's family owns property up that way and he loves it!! Good luck!

I'm located in Westlake Village, about 20-minutes south. My favorite local drives include:

1. Old Topanga Road, between Mullholand Highway and Topanga Canyon Road; and

2. The country roads south of Lake Sherwood.

Both are great drives. Hope to see you around soon.
