Getting frustrated with the lack of info so I will try online chat with FP tomorrow to see if they will update the cooler kits status. will post any news - good or not.
WENT to Ford dealer where I bought my car asked the parts guy for a price on the trans and diff coolers after 15 minutes of him looking for the info he asked me if he could call me in a couple of hours with the prices...that was 4 days ago and I still have not heard from him.
I agree very frustrating!!

So I facebook messaged FPP and got a reply that the kits were being reviewed by engineering and no specific date or price is available as of yet.
The dude from Canada that I met at Trackattack was pretty adamant then that his dealer had ordered the parts. I feel some smoke being blown where no sunshine occurs and it may be an Alberta Clipper. Anyway, I have no problem bugging FPP for info. So, I will do that.
If anyone is interested in acquiring an inexpensive and accurate transmission temperature gauge that works on your iPhone or iPad and reads the OBD port data, It cost me $35 to put together, I have a posting with the specific details here:
Tech Pack OBD temp gauge - cheap - 2015+ S550 Mustang Forum (GT, GT350, GT500, Mach 1, Ecoboost) - Mustang6G.com

Thanks for posting that Dave!

There's also another thread there that shows how a Base/Tech owner can access the transmission temperature data directly to your dash board. I have the parts on order and will be doing it mid week. Cost are a little bit more but under $80, but it will be on your dash like the other temperature gauges....I'll post the particulars.

Hey BossDoc,
I also gave my dealer those part numbers and have not heard back yet. I told him it might be a few weeks so who knows.....In any case, I'll post if and when I hear.

Tankman can u send me that part number for getting trans temp in dash?
Hate to rain on parades, but I did online chat with FPP to get update on aftermarket cooler kits. AAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!! The guyat FPP tells me the M-7008-M8S #is not a good part # and says M-7095-M8S is TRANS kit and diff kit is M-4000-M8S. THE KICKER!! NOT LIKELY TO BE AVAILABLE UNTIL2017 @#$#@%&&^^**%$
Guys,

Forgive the stupid question, but don't we also need engine oil coolers to complete the set? (I was under the impression that Tech Pack cars don't have them.) is FPP working on that kit also? Thanks,

Hawkeye

Hey guys, this is not a Ford part number. See my post in this forum under "What Have You Done to Your GT350 Today"...

All models for all years come with the engine oil coolers from the factory.
Anyone hearing crickets?
I posted earlier that FPP just frustrated the --- out of me by telling me the cooling kits release may be delayed until 2017 and that the part # THEY gave me was not valid. Now the supposedly valid trans #is M-7095-M8S and the diff cooler is M-4000-M8S. Looking forward to more smoke up my butt when I call them next time!!!
