Track Pack Spoiler Info and other stuff...

Hey to all,

I'm just wondering if anyone has found the Track Pack spoiler anywhere other than the Ford dealer? The Carbon Dynamics piece is still out of stock and I can't wait around. I can get it from the dealership for $412.50 plus tax. Just wondering if anyone has seen better. Also if anyone is interested my dealer will get me the 'R' wheels for 10% over cost. I may sell my wheels with 300 miles on them, but they still list for over $6k. I'm thinking $4k for wheels and if the tires go too then obviously more. Anyone seen the stock GT350 wheels for less? Just trying to decide on whether to get the 'R' wheels or not.

Cheers,

Howie

Reconditioned GT350 wheels are $1900 a set on eBay.
LMR.com has track spoiler in absolute black from Ford at $549. No painting needed.
Has anyone looked at the spoiler from Chip Foose by MMD on Am. Muscle website and what do You think of it.
installed foose spoiler on my sons 15' gt and his friends 15' gt. install is simple and looks good, not as tall as track pack spoiler. also they cant match ruby red from factory.
Thanks RB350 I am looking at a spoiler. I have bought several parts from Am. Muscle and thought this might be a good alternative.
Is the front splitter on the 'R' carbon or plastic like the base car? I asked my Ford parts guy for a price and he gave me ridiculous price of $6775.90. He said he would sell it to me for $5065.64. I told him it isn't carbon, but I think he is quoting me for the entire bumper. The 'R' splitter looks to be made of the same material as the standard car, but a little fatter. Can anyone verify this please? Also if anyone has a part number for the'R' splitter that would be awesome.

Cheers

I don't have an R, but the video clip of Jay Leno's Garage on his 2015 GT350R specifically pointed out that the front splitter was made of injected molded plastic (and not carbon fiber).
the R front splitter is bigger than the track pack splitter and for balance, would make sure to add the R rear wing rather than the track pack spoiler. They are designed to work in unison

My dealership ordered me the Track Pack spoiler and gave it to me for free. I have already installed it. I had a few issues with scratches on the one on the car and I was pretty pissed about it. So instead of painting it, they just ordered it for me. I'm happy with it. I removed the white stripes and I like the car much better now.

I'm also trying to get some information on the exhaust on this car. I can't find anything specific about it. I really wanted to see a cutaway view, or a detailed description of how it works. Finally does the 'R' have four modes of exhaust notes as opposed to the two on the standard car?
Hey Howie,
Who is your Ford dealer, i have the wrong spoiler on my GT 350. My dealer says it is $1,600 for the Trac Pak Spoiler.

Thanks,

Hi there,

Can anyone confirm if the Track Pack spoiler on Shadow Black vehicles is body colored, or is it absolute black?

Any luck finding out any credible information on the R splitter? I also
think they are quoting the whole front end. Good lord it is like pulling teeth to find any info about that part.
I damaged the right side of my front splitter and was able to purchase just that piece. A track event was scheduled prior to being able to replace it--trust me they do work and add some stability at speed. Over 110 you could feel a little instability in the front end. That being said--anyone changing to the R front splitter--get the rear spoiler as well to maintain balance
