Was driving in to the office this morning and ahead of me in traffic I see a 2014 vert in traffic ahead of me. As I get closer I hear that it's a 6 banger, hey no worries the world needs em'. Then as I get even closer I realize that the owner has added GT350-R badges to the front sides and rear of the car. Except that to make it even worse they were some sort of oversized e-bay versions of the factory badges. These things were bright red and must have been 5 inches tall.

We ended up next to each other at a light and per usual I had my windows down so we made eye contact. I shot over sort of a blank stare:rolleyes:, to which he in turn replied with a look I can only describe as. "Ya' know this was a lot more fun before you caught me perpetrating." :(

I put it in sport mode and just let her burble. LOL:cool:

Never understood that, just makes you look lame. I had a young kid in a V6 trying to impress me the other day by coming along side and revving, he had aftermarket exhaust, but no mistaking that V6 sound. I was just shaking my head and his friend in the passenger seat was cringing and hiding his face, LOL!

I had a guy in a Honda Accord keep trying to race me last night. In rush hour LA traffic....... People are amazing, simply amazing.

My Grabber Blue is like a stupid magnet. I hate that crap. Every kid with a Honda wants to race. Ugh.

Shoot, I think just about any color puts red in other drivers eyes. I've had everything under the sun try and race me. What is really fun is watching people who only know how to gas and brake. I've left so many people in the dust because nobody knows how to take corners properly. I just watch them in my rear view mirror mash the gas and go 20 miles over the limit just to catch up to me at the next corner, and then get left behind again.

But to the original poster. That is shameful. Now some idiot in a camaro is gonna race it and tell all his friends "GT350's are slow, I beat one at the red light on the way home!"
Yea I've seen that stupidity before. I'm seeing mostly the opposite around here. Everyone avoids it like the plague and/or slows down to a ridiculous speed so I'll pass them. I guess so they can hear it as it goes by? idk.

The other day i was walking into a regular restaurant around here to pick up some food. The guy walking out said. Nice stang, i thanked him before we parted ways he said "shouldve gotten the GT though" To which i replied. Yes those are nice too. He thought it was a standard mustang. I kind of enjoyed being the incognito, since its quite rare with this car. Especially if engine is on:)

LOL, Its tough owning a MG GT 350, it does tend to really blend in.
