I realize this is largely semantics, but what is the official name/title of the engine? I'm getting an engine plaque done and was just curious. The reason I ask is because I have 'officially' seen it called slightly different things.
On the window sticker it's listed as:

5.2L TI-VCT V8 (no mention of the FPC)

On the early model door sills its listed as:

5.2L V8 FPC (no mention of the VCT)

I've thought about putting:

5.2L FPC TI-VCT V8 or 5.2L TI-VCT FPC V8, but it seems a bit long winded.

Finally, does the engine have an internal code other than Voodoo?

Cheers,

Since it's for an engine plaque, might be better off keeping it simple & to the point. Keep all the "TI-VCT" & "FPC" stuff for the spec sheet. "VOODOO" or "VOODOO V8" gets it done without question. Just my 2¢ (+3¢ free)
