For those of us that live in States that require a front license plate, Craig at ccmustangbrackets.com is about to release a design that will fit our GT 350s. No drilling into your new car! Here's what a mounted plate looks like. As soon as they are available, I'll follow up. Automotive parking light Vehicle Grille Hood Vehicle registration plate

Just got the bracket in the mail yesterday. Now I just need the car to be delivered.

Yes, it is from Craig. Like Dave said, there is a supplied wipe that you prep the valence with. It attaches underneath so even with the bracket removed, the bracket mount is barely visible. The bracket itself is of a very good quality.

I bought one on ebay and installed in temps below 50F. Super high quality and the adhesive seems like it will hold forever. You can't see the mount unless you know where to look. I highly recommend.

I also purchased this and when I was bonding the plate to the bumper, I noticed that the bumper was predrilled for a mounting bracket. The holes were covered by the vinyl stripe but looking at the strip from a low angle enabled me to clearly see the tro holes. Has anyone else noticed this?

Bob, those should only be indentations not actual holes...unless yours were drilled prior to installing stripes...

That makes sense that they're just indentations to serve as guides if you elect to drill. Glad my dealer chose to leave the choice up to me.
Well said Sir, back in 2007 when I ordered the GT 500, I made sure everyone knew NOT to drill the front bumper for the license bracket...unfortunately, they all went to lunch and the detail guy took it upon himself to drill and attach the front license plate bracket. My buddy who was the dealership GM was horrified and offered to cancel the deal. Unfortunately, it was their last allocation for that year and I had a killer deal on it so I accepted it anyways...but huge disappointment for sure!!

Needless to say, my current dealer knows to not install the front splitter or the license plate bracket...
