Hello everyone, my name is Lee and I would like to first thank you guys for all the insights and info on this forum, I've learned a BUNCH from here and it has helped me immensely in preparation to pick up my new 2017 GT350.... TOMORROW!!!

I am very excited and the feeling is surreal, and I can't wait to get the keys and fire her up! Here are some pics provided to me from my dealer, who just got delivery of my car today! It's good to be here! :D

beautiful color ..... u will get tickets ..... unlike my 07 GT500 @ 750hp that I traded in to get my GT350, I drive my my GT350 like I stole it. Fast around corners and it begs to be driven in triple digit speeds
on the interstate . I have a perfect driving record for 20 years ....... thats going by by someday

now that you have had the car for a awhile, what are your driving impressions ?

don
Hi Don, my initial impressions when I first drove the car off the lot were that the car was so well balanced, the exhaust note is SOOO addictive, and the steering in "normal mode" was a tad light (sport mode steering works great for me IMO). The recaro seats held me firmly in place and are very supportive and comfortable (I'm 5'8" 190 lbs). I don't mind that there isn't too much low-end torque until around ~3,200rpm, for me it makes it smooth and easy to drive in Southern California traffic, but after 3,500rpm... WOW. I've driven several car-guy friends around, and they just can't get over how amazing this car is as a total package (power, handling, sound, looks, seats). Their jaws drop when i get a bit higher in the revs, and their minds were blown when I told them that was "only" 6,000rpm! This is hands down the best machine I have ever owned.

Thanks Don! I am definitely a fan of the metallic. It absolutely corners like a champ, after a few days just putting around in the GT350 and hopping back into my 3 series BMW (2001), the Beemer reminded me of how much body roll and tire squealing "normal" cars are susceptible to.

this morning on my way to work was the first real tire squeal that I have gotten out of the car. In my area where I live they have been working on the road way and i have to make a u turn on a street and was late to work so i did it with a brief brake in traffic and did it in a tight corner ... real tight and the front tires were pushed and the rear came
around slightly but within seconds the rear hunkered down and bite and off to the races i was goin in the oppisite direction with plenty of space between me and the truck
coming up on me ...
