There's always the #1 Ford dealer in the country (Galpin Ford) located in the San Fernando Valley - but big doesn't always mean good. Personally I drove a little farther north to Vista Ford in Oxnard and I will now never take my GT350 anywhere else. Friendly people and quality service!!! They know these cars.

Thank you "rob-wl".I will keep Vista Ford in Oxnard as on option. I drove passed Oxnard the last couple weeks twice with my GT350 for road trip.
I got couple recommendation for Caruso Ford in Long Beach, at least this one closer to me. I got my car from Michigan.

I was referred by Norbert Ibara of Crystal Autoshield in Lakewood CA to contact Jim Basham of Caruso Ford in Long Beach CA for my GT350 maintenance.
I am very happy with the result of Norbert's work of Suntek PPF on my car. Nobert also provided me with great customer service.
I made an appointment with Jim and after two hours of waiting at the nice dealer lounge, all the work was done above my expectation. This was my fist oil change at 1,600 miles.
I asked Jim if his dealer could install the Ford Performance Oil Separator? He said No, but referred me to Ken Grody Ford (Performance Dept) in Buena Park, CA for purchase & installation to be covered by Ford warranty. I have extended warranty on my car up to 7 years.
While I was waiting at Caruso, there was other GT350 in service as well.
I stopped by at Ken Grody Ford and talked to the service advisor at their Performance Department. Another GT350 was in service as well at that time. I was also referred by a Roush Mustang owner to Ken Grody.
Overall I am very happy & satisfied with Caruso Ford. I will maintain my car at Caruso under Jim Basham.

great info.... I was trying to get my first oil change done here in South OC, and tried calling Ford Service Depts to try and get an appt..... one dealer left me on hold for 5 mins, checked back, put me on hold again, and no one ever picked up... the other one I called on a Saturday at 10am, phone rang and rang, no one picked up.... finally, I called the one most inconvenient for me to visit, and they said "they don't service Shelby's" ????? I hope, you get good experience at Caruso Ford. I left a message with Jim Basham for appointment request & he replied back in timely manner. I was quite impressed with their waiting lounge and how many new Ford Mustang in their inventory. In my opinion it's better than any dealers I have visited aside from Lexus, Benz & BMW.
Thanks everyone for the recommendations, I too am in SoCal (Orange County) and looking to do my first oil change in a few weeks.
