I got a chance to participate in Ford Performance’s Track Attack for our cars. It was a great event which I recommend for all to do. Problem is that next year may be the Last year for this program. UMC (Utah Motorsport Complex aka Miller Motorsports) has been sold to Geely (a Chinese car company). Ford has a lease through the end of 2019, but the lease option offered by the new owners is far from satisfactory. Ford needs to move, a new track somewhere close to airport, lodging and able to accommodate their program.

So what does this mean? You need to be on registration for the 2019 Track Attack like tickets to a Rolling Stones concert. Day one, it will fill fast. It is worth the trip.

Here’s a tease of the track when I was there.

Hi Jim I purchased my Shelby in July 2018 The Track attack program was sold out for 2018 by that time. Do you have any information as to when the 2019 schedule will be available for sign up? Larry from Livermore CA

Bob from Brentwood. You should call them on the 800 # . Track Attack is awesome and everyone is very helpful. I would give them a call.

You have a 66 ? - I have a 66 coupe with a Ford crate motor, tremic + the Total Control setup.
