Its not a bad or good idea ..... it all depends what you want out of the car and what your willing to spend for it. There are companies who have kits available for the GT350 or shortly will have a kit available.
I personally prefer supercharging a engine because if you ever want to go back to stock I think its a easier re fit. My recommendation is make sure whichever you go that you stay with in the internal limits of the Voodoo motor and get someone who you have done your homework on
