help please

Hello everyone I want to swap my Recaro seats in my 2017 Shelby gt350......... I finally found some stock leather seats out of a 2016 mustang mint shape . I was hoping it was just a plug and play no such luck does anybody have any information as to why it wont work the plug and pins are the same dont really care about the heat and cool just the power and airbags . Any help on this would be awsome thanks
