I have a brand new set of rear seats I pulled out of my 350 when I first got the car home so I could put the seat delete in. I have no use for them at all, and I want to sell them. They come with all of the hardware and seat belts you'll need.

I think they’re the same on both cars. The red stitching is only on the fronts to my knowledge.

They are not the same for both cars. I ordered the Ford Performance rear seat kit for the GT350R and they are red stitched, just like the fronts on my GT350R. With that said, the GT350 seats will fit the GT350R but just won't match.
