Do you GT350 owners use FordPass? I'm thinking that I don't like the idea of Ford knowing exactly how and when, and probably WHERE, I use my car.

Seems to me they could use that info to deny a warranty claim if they wanted, for example, if they noticed you were at a race track just before you had mechanical problems, and they could say you were racing (even if you were just participating in driver education).

What are the pros and cons of FordPass?

One of the things a don’t like about Ford Pass is that to use it you need to disable Apple Car Play. I like Car Play so this is a major issue for me.

Huh. Didn't know that so thanks for the info. That seems kinda dumb to make the two options mutually exclusive.

It does indeed. I’d really like to use Ford Pass for notifications but this fall the new iOS is going to have support for Waze which I really like. Right now you can run Waze but you need to disable Apple Car Play and run Waze from the app menu in Sync3. What a pain that is. Sync3 and Car Play are supposed to be making things easier but so far it’s not turning out that way.
