Took the car in on the 14th of may for the engine replacement.

The dealership I took it to busted the exhaust bolts and now the exhaust is on national backorder probably won't get the car back until July,, over 6 weeks to get my car back
they did offer to let me drive a cmax as a replacement.

Does not Lemon Law in your state dictate that repairs can not exceed 4 (on same issue) or 30 days down? This would usually be a simple Lemon Law claim for buy back or replacement in California.

Well by some lucky stroke of fate, my cat came in way ahead of schedule, and she is back in the garage.
Everyone is pretty happy, the car seems to drive great, although I still have a new break in period,
I got a nicely detailed car back, I think that made me the most happy
