I am a track rat. My current track car is a car I have owned since new, a 2007 GT3. I am not looking to replace it, but I want to add a GT350 as a second track car. But, I have a severe allergic reaction to paying over MSRP for any car. At this point, I will wait, and see if I can get a build slot at MSRP for a 2017 GT350.

If you happen to work at a dealer, or you have a contact at a dealer, I have a deal for you. If you find me a build slot for a 2017 GT350 at MSRP, I will take you to my home track, Motor Sport Ranch Cresson (close to Fort Worth), for four 30 minute track sessions. My treat.

I live in Dallas, and I am married, with two kids.

Hey DFW, Welcome and good luck with finding your 350. See RRateds post on his two allocations at $6500 over MSRP. He might be in a position soon to get closer to MSRP. Also, as the 2017s come out, there might be a market for used ones. Wish I could take you up on your offer!
Tankman: Thanks for the tip. I will contact R Rated.
Welcome to the forum! It's nice to see another local enthusiast here. PM sent. I hope we are able to do business together but if not I'll make sure you beat you around Cresson anyway ;)

Hey R Rated and DFW, if you guys make a deal, I'll want a commission.
For as much as we get beat up around here for asking market value I'm not so sure about that. lol

Interesting perspective on ADM, R Rated. In any case, good
luck with your allocations. (I still think I should get something if it works out with DFW!)
I'll put it this way. I sell 99% of my cars at well below MSRP because the Dallas market dictates that at the moment. Our pricing is actually lower than anywhere else in the nation.

If anyone wants to pay MSRP for one of my F150s I'll be happy to sell them a GT350 at MSRP. haha

We haven't and didn't sell any of ours at 10k+ over like many others did because we felt even though the market dictated that it was a possibility we wanted to be as fair as possible. The market still seems to be hot on these cars at the moment. If you wanted to be one of the first to have one you had to pay a premium or do some research and get lucky. We sold a handful at a VERY fair price to local enthusiasts and previous customers.

That being said I can understand people frustrations with ADMs. I also do not have 1 unhappy customer with what they ended up paying for a GT350 or R and that's what my end goal is.

Are you a cigar guy Tankman?

Understood about the perspective on the market price and all- I paid MSRP ( the new discount price) so my pony in this race is more principle than anything else...
When talking about cigars, are you talking Cubans? I think they're either legal or soon to be!!!
Congrats on you MSRP deal! That's awesome.

I mean any cigar. I hope they don't become legal. Legal means Demand will go up and quality will go down.

Thanks R. Yeah, I'd take any cigar....
