Our un-sold 2017 GT350 arrived last week with damage. Totally unbelievable !! Damage on the front bumper and rear passenger quarter.

Will be sending it back to Ford

Thats better than my dealership would do. They would have sent it to the body shop to be repaired. They did the 2016 one I had before the 2017 I have now with gouge marks on lower corner of rear fascia. And they have a new 2017 on the showroom floor that the front fascia was scrapped up when came in they sent to the body shop and got repaired. Thank goodness we have a great body shop. On both cars the fascias were completely repainted and stripes replaced and they look perfect, you would never know it happened.
i would have argued with our dealer principal on this one. These cars are bought by enthusiast and the amount of damage would probably have to be disclosed.

Damage under a certain thresh hold doesn't need to be disclosed by a dealer.

Dang that sucks but nice to know they sent it back rather than trying to fix it.
Ditto what Voodu said, I'd be upset taking delivery on a car with repaired damage that wasn't disclosed and I found out later. Understood that door dings, etc. happen and are repaired, but major body panel damage that's something else.

Don, at least there wasn't someone waiting on it to arrive. Curious, what's Ford going to do with it, repair and ship back to another dealer...hmmm.
they show it as new vehicle with damage and sell it at the auction house

Nice, that's great and the right thing to do!!
Mine had damage that was disclosed. Scratch in the hood. You can tell if you look hard but I took it anyway.

LOL, after my wait for the car to be built and arrive, I prolly would have taken delivery too...as long as the damage wasn't too severe!! Hope it's not very noticeable at all Barstow!
