I cleaned my air aid filter today and once It dried I installed it I started my car and it cranked then shut off. I was getting a service advanced traction. I turned off the car and started it again and this time there was no traction warnings but the car has a rough idle. Doesn’t feel right. Anyone ever had this happen?? This started as soon as I put back the filter

Update: My check engine light is on and my oil life is at 0% however I checked my oil level after 15 minutes of driving and I’m between the holes.
If you can beg, borrow, or steal an OBDII reader, you can get the trouble codes. Your local auto parts store will likely read them for you for free, though I understand that you may be skittish about driving the car in this condition.

The oil life reading has nothing to do with the oil level measured by the dipstick. How long has it been since your last oil change?
I did my first oil change at about 1200 miles. So according the the oil life sensor I’m due for a change. I’m at about 4600 miles. However I cranked the car up now and everything is good now. I think the filter wasn’t fully dried.
I just find it weird that an air filter not fully dry would throw the service advanced traction and even something with hill start assist was also showing. I’m just glad it’s back to normal. Thanks for the responses guys!!
When I bought my Airaid I bought an OEM filter to use while the Airaid dries. I’m thinking it might need 24 to 36 hours to dry completely depending on the relative humidity/temperature.
