So tragic... hit an animal on the highway. Even on the hour drive home the car felt exactly the same due to it just being cosmetic (front bumper and splitter). Took it to Ford and had it all replaced with factory Ford parts.
But, now when I drive it at speeds 60 and below, pretty normal. On hard pulls and high speeds the car feels like it is wondering and the front end feels like it’s floating. Even changing the steering modes; all feel the same. The steering feels less responsive. Feels like it’s coming off the road. Before even 100+ it felt glued to the road.
What the hell is going on!?

Just a SWAG......You would get that same feeling from aerodynamic lift in the front end at high speed. Front splitter installed incorrectly could produce lift instead of downforce; problem increases exponentially as speed increases. If this were the problem, I would think the faulty installation would be easily visible.

I would have a competent shop double check the alignment as well. It may have been knocked off kilter.
