I use Meguiar's Ultimate All Wheel Cleaner. It's acid free, and ph balanced, and does a very good job.
+ 1. It's always been good.

I finally broke down and purchased a set of Z26 pads for just the street. The Pagid pads I use for track are even more dirty than the OEM pads if you can believe it. The only thing making the car dirty was brake dust on the wheels and down low behind the wheel well. I'll say, the Z26 pads changed my car life. 85-90% less dust, they work fine and darn -- they are cheap. ($150ish if I recall)

I was a little uncertain if I wanted to go through the hassle of changing pads everytime I wanted to go to the track, but I quickly learned (for me) it's total worth it.
