Well, lived long and had great times in the Mitsubishi Evo. Was a canyon junkie in the hills above Beverly Hills and Malibu. Moved to Texas to get away from the rape you in the ass leftists and unending new taxes to pay for the illegals. Glad I moved. Never go back to Los Angeles again. Now I am the owner of the mighty GT350. Hope to get some COTA days in soon. Texas isn't blessed with the unending miles of canyons roads, but I'll make do.

Just saying hello.

Never had an Evo, but I am guessing the might notice just a bit of a difference with the new ride! Just breaking mine in "following the rules" and now have 600 miles. Enjoy! You escaped from Kalifornia and I escaped from the Swamp.....

Thanks gentlemen. The Evo is no joke when it comes to cornering, and I prefer decreasing radiuses, elevation changes and technical road courses. Spent a lot of time at Buttonwillow, Willow Springs and Thunderhill...Sorta wish to be back in Cali for the tracks, and canyons, but I like my guns...Going to have to figure out how to modify the GT350 to pack a rifle and handgun covertly (storage limited, alas).

Congrats on your Shelby. Unfortunately and fortunately for quite a few of us, we are still living in the LA county area. I know how you feel about the political climate here. Enjoy your new ride.
