Am I missing a motorcraft oil filter?

I got under my car(2017 GT350) just to check everything out and removed the oil filter access door and was just going to get an idea of where the filter was to see if my torque wrench would fit and I see this instead of a motor craft oil filter. I may be looking in the wrong area but to me this looks like its exactly where it should be from videos and pictures I have seen.
I heard back from the dealership and various other sources. It looks like on the 2017 it is an engineering part number on the filter. So pretty much is just what the car is shipped with. It isn't something anyone can buy and is replaced with the motor craft filter right after first oil change.
I have a 2017 and mine has a motorcraft oil filter on it.
The motorcraft screw on filter will not work on my 2017 GT350. Okay so I just got more information from Ford and from LMR who has been working with Ford Racing. Apparently mid production on the 2017's they switched to a cartridge style filter. So I was one of the lucky ones. It isn't reflected in the owners manual and many dealerships have no idea what is going on with it all. I gave my Vin number to Ford any they were able to confirm that the correct filter number for my car is Ford part # FT4AZ6731A. It is a motorcraft filter part number of FL2062. The reasoning for changing the filter that was given to me was they were having issues with the screw on filter rattling loose even when torqued down to correct specification. Not even fords parts listing for this filter shows it will fit the car yet. So for 2017 they produced some cars that took the FL-2069-ST filter and some that had the cartridge style motorcraft # FL2062. Kind of odd but I figured I would pass this along in case anyone else notices this.

GT350 owners are getting a special oil filter wrench from Ford apparently if not tightened correctly, the filter will leak (really?) don't know when we are supposed to get this but was told today whey I picked my car up following a recall repair

I was told they will be start sending them out the first week of may.
Wait is this going to be a torque wrench they are giving out for free? Do we have to do anything or are they just mailing it to our house?

I just received my supplemental package in the mail today from FMC. It includes an oil filter cap (to fit a torque wrench), a replacement Motorcraft oil filter and supplemental owner instructions. It also recommends checking the oil level at every re-fueling. "1-quart per 500 miles is possible".
Received My oil filter wrench and a new oil filter from Ford today in the mail.
FYI if you have a 2016 you will also receive the oil filter wrench. Received pkg. today but its for the 2016 sitting on showroom floor that I traded for a 2017. So I took it up and they put it in the trunk. I'm sure my 2017 will arrive soon.
Mine is a 2015. I received an oil filter cap to fit a torque wrench, but no torque tench.
I checked today, I got the cartridge type oil filter.

4/10/2017 build date.

I now have 2 of the spin-on Motorcraft non cartridge type filters for sale. I guess I should have waited to inspect the car. I never thought Ford would change filter configuration.

All this talk about GT350 recalls for the oil filter and wrench seems to be about the 2016/2017 models. What's the story with the 2018's? Are they supposed to come with these items when the car is purchased or will they be sent to the new owner by Ford?
When I bought my new 2018 two weeks ago, I asked the dealer about the filter and wrench and they said they never heard of the deal. I did get the car cover, however. Anyone know about the 2018 deal?
Mid year 2017’s, and all subsequent models have the canister type filter. Only the 15’s, 16’s, and early 17’s with spin on filters received the extra filter and “wrench”. Not a torque wrench, but more like a socket made to grip the spin on filter.
