My GT350R only had 150 miles when I got it, but I noticed the Michelin cup 2's had almost no tread depth circumferentially and laterally on the outer 1/3. I had new cup 2's on my old '17 gt350, and have them on my 2019 911 gt3. They both had significantly more tread depth on the outer 1/3. On the 350R, is it a specific tire to that car that is more shaved on the outer 1/3? The inner 2/3 and the 2 circumferential bands on the inner 2/3 seem the same as on the other cars with cup 2's. I have no reason to believe the tires were not the originals on the 350R.

Thanks!

Interesting that the tread depth would be different. Not sure why. I know on GT500's, the Cup 2's are made to Ford's specs and marked FP on the sidewalls.

Normal, as new. Smooth outer 1/3, not shaved. 2020 350
