I have a 2018 currently undergoing an oil consumption test. Here is the logic of ford dealer, I have it in writing on the work order. "Customer reports 3.5 qts of oil consumption in 2500 miles. Oil consumption test is 5000 miles." These people are idiots or think I am lying. I babyed it for the first 1k, then changed the oil. Hardly ever drive it aggressively. It should not be burning that much. I plan to take it back in right after the holidays to have it checked regardless of whatever the mileage is. Warranty runs out in the spring. I am at about 13k right now.
