Hello,
About 7 weeks ago found gt350 at Msrp.
Unit yet to arrive at dealer.
Went through all the paperwork, including bank loan.
Have coupon payment book, but unit still not delivered.
Ford site is no help. Seems to be lost in the fog.
Have a hard time sending in payment for car I don't have.
Any ideas who to call ?
About ready to back out- a dealer 2 hrs. closer has a compatible 2017- assume there will be a adm add on.
Summer is passing by quickly.

Dealer wont help you track VIN? Id be concerned since theyre making 17s now. If you find a 17 below like 10k ADM youre doing good though.

have the VIN.
tracking through the dealer and ford's site indicates vehicle " awaiting shipment."
been in this status for 45 days+.
any suggestions on who I could contact ?

Your dealer should be able to track the car thru Ford!!!!

2nd that. You haven't technically purchased or recieved delivery...Must have financed outside Ford with the car as a guarantee???
To answer your original question, yes, I'd be concerned. Call Ford Performance @1 (800) 367-3788. Give em your VIN, they might be able to help.
