    I didn't think there was an alignment to keep the wiper from hitting the hood, maybe there is. Both my 16 and 17 I bought new I had would bump edge of hood but no one must of pulled up on the wiper arms cause the edge of the hood on both cars was not scraped.

    I think everyone is forgetting about the lame rear inner wheel well! That textured finish, where everything sticks is ridicules!

    I know it gather's debris, but the high end German cars have been using it for years and it does a far better job of quieting tread design noise. I just hit the viewable areas with the hose when I wash the car and it knocks off most of the stuff. Just say'n.

    For the wiper, the manual says to start the wiper and stop it when it’s vertical to avoid hitting the hood. Probably a lucky coincidence.
