Agree with @galaxy the stock shifter is good. Also better than any I’ve had before... but man the MGW is sweet.

Well, I ordered the MGW....
@ringmaster .. installed today.
Driving home today first impressions; smoother, quicker, shorter throw, much tighter. Really nice.
Look at the quality of these parts:
Compared to the OEM parts that came out:

I love mine. I bought my 350 used and I recall complaining about the short shifter at first but I love it now. I honestly, only complained because I wanted the OEM feel but the owner did me a solid. The reverse pull down to the upper left took me a minute to figure out tho but I can get it every time now. I'm happy the original owner stayed with the OEM knob too.
Hey, I am thinking about replacing my shifter, but its because at and above 5000RPM, there is a lot of noise and vibration. At first I thought it was the shift knob. Ford replaced. No difference. I put a new pool ball Shelby on. Love it and feels much more positive, but vibration is in the shifter. Think this kit would help??? Ford guys say they don't know what causes it....not interested either. Not the greatest dealership. Appreciate thoughts!
Wouldn't hurt and could mostly help, right?
I have owned a lot of manuals in my day and the only one better than the stock GT350 was an S2000 I owned. This one would really have to be fantastic before I upgraded but knowing me I will
Installed a few months back - other than the change in Reverse - it feels the same to me - the OEM wasn’t bad the MSW looks way beefier and it is but rowing through the gears really feels the same. So lots of work for a little difference - still the light play like before
