Okay, my 2020 had a safety recall on it to replace the rear view camera. It seemed like an easy fix but the first time the mechanic at the dealership tried to calibrate the camera he was never able to get it to work. So he decided that it was a faulty camera and they ordered another one. The second time he couldn’t get it to calibrate again. This is simply user error. He didn’t get a faulty part twice. This time he said it was something to do with it being a Shelby and he doesn’t have time to mess with it now. It was 11:30am. He supposedly has a request in to the hotline, but I seriously doubt that now. Does anyone know if there is trick to getting that camera calibrated? It has anyone had this recall and been successful and the camera change?
